DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
To guarantee an excellent delivery service throughout Italy, RFCarsystem relies on the couriers UPS and Bartolini.
Subject to the availability of the goods in our warehouse, all our shipments within Italy are delivered by express courier, with expected delivery times of 24 to 48 hours.
GOODS TRAVEL AT THE BUYER’S RISK.
Any damage to or tampering with the packaging must be reported immediately to the courier making the delivery. In this case we ask the recipient to REFUSE the delivery, or to accept it by writing “ACCEPTED WITH DETAILED RESERVATION” in the space provided and describing in detail (always in writing) the nature of the damage.
If the delivery is refused or accepted with a detailed reservation, we kindly ask the buyer to inform RFCarsystem by sending an email to: info@rfcarsystem.com
If the delivery is accepted and the courier’s document is signed (in duplicate: customer and courier) WITHOUT a DETAILED RESERVATION being stated in writing, no complaint will be accepted.
Shipping costs € 10.00 for Italy and € 15.00 for the rest of Europe.
PAYMENTS
- Advance bank transfer
- Credit card payment
- PayPal account payment
- Cash on delivery (cash payment upon delivery), NO CHEQUES.
If you pay by advance bank transfer, the goods will be shipped once we have been notified that the payment has been credited to our bank account.
After making the payment, please send proof of payment to info@rfcarsystem.com.
